Now is the time of life where I want to see the Business Model You® method widely adopted and adapted, especially in schools. I seek partners to accomplish this purpose and to carry on the work in my place starting on or around May 2022.
Here are some particulars of my life:
Born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, raised in Seattle, Washington and Stanford, California, resided in Japan (ten + years), four U.S. states, and in various countries throughout Europe (one year).
Attended (at various times over 30 years) Stanford University, University of Washington, Shibusawa Eiichi Kokusai Gakuen, University of Hawaii at Manoa, Portland State University, Portland Community College, and Hitotsubashi Graduate School of International Corporate Strategy, earning along the way BA, MBA, and DBA degrees and Level 1 in the National Japanese Language Ability exam.
Held 38 different jobs over the years (including part-time and temporary), with the main themes being education, writing, translating, and entrepreneurship. Founder and lead trainer of Business Model You, LLC.
Authored five business books, including the global bestseller Business Model You, published in 20 languages with global sales of nearly 200,000 copies.
Contributing co-author/general editor of Business Model Generation, published in 30 languages with global sales of more than one million copies. Proud contributor to other books by Yves Pigneur and Randi Millard.
