Ole Sverre Spigseth is an independent coach and consultant within both personal and team improvement. He is also consulting partner at Strategy Tools, facilitating innovation and transformation processes at enterprise level.
He has more than 25 years of management experience, of which 16 as CEO.
Ole Sverre has a master degree in strategy from the Norwegian Business School BI, and his master thesis was about creativity in organizations. He is also certified as therapy assistant in a therapeutic action method called psychodrama. In the latter years he has educated himself further within Business Model Canvas at Strategyzer and within Creativity and Digital Disruption in executive programs at MIT, INSEAD and IMD.
