Physicist by education, I worked few years at CERN, in Geneva on technological research and then for 28 years I was employed by ST Microelectronics in Italy, France and Switzerland. Inside this company I have held different positions, technological researcher, corporate quality engineer and, in the last 15 years I tailored project management and portfolio management methodology to implement them in different groups.
Value-driven and passionate to use my competences to help people, in the last 5 years I helped people wanting to get a new/more suitable position, or to develop their own business, to be more effective to reach their target.
