Luisa is an economist graduated from the Bocconi University with a strong passion for people development and solid experience in human resources. She started her career in front line business roles and moved quite rapidly into HR functions, with a strong focus on Learning, Development and Talent Management. She has experience in multinational companies, holding global positions in the European headquarters and in the Swiss local market – especially the watchmaking industry, the education system and in consultancy. She has been in charge of cultural change programs, definition and implementation of performance management systems, talent management tools and processes.
Luisa is a professional trainer and executive coach and throughout her career, she conceived, designed and delivered management and leadership programs based on competency framework and coached managers and leaders to unleash their potential.
With a positive attitude and can do mindset, she is known for being creative, objective driven and an excellent listener.
