At the beginning of my professional life I walked the usual path as most of us. However, my passion and aspirations were strong enough to make me deviate from it searching what was meant to me. Today I work with fulfilment doing what I really like.
I support professionals in finding their true aspirations and talents and making ground in the achievement of professional fulfilment. Establishing a new professional path or a different approach to their current situation, in both cases always exploring what is essential for their fulfilment, will come out of the process.
Within companies I support the professional development of managers so they may achieve effective results and use their own difference and authenticity as individuals in their work.
Moreover, I provide services as a facilitator for change in fostering successful communication between and within teams.
