Kathleen Schütz is profssional business coach, trainer and experienced concept-designer for workshops. Her focus in coachings is gaining clarity: about situations & interpersonal dynamics, about oneself, about priorities and appropriate next steps. She likes to encourage people to stand up for themselves in a clear way that is at the same time respectful towards the needs of others.
Kathleen has an economic background and worked in the product management of a global company before she decided to focus on training and coaching. For seven years she worked for a well-known Austrian Voice Coach and was the coordinator of stimme.at – The European Network of Voice Specialists.
She holds a graduate degree in Business Administration and a Master in Training & Development (MTD, Salzburg Management Business School). She is a certified Systemic Business Coach and Purpose Coach, certified in Palo Alto Coaching and Internal Family System (Richard Schwartz), certified for Hogan Assessments, MotivStructureAnalysis, XLNC Leadership Diagnostic and Business Model You. Furthermore she is a suggestopedic trainer and educated in Theme Centred Interaction by Ruth Cohn.
Since 2014 Kathleen facilitates an 18-days training for professional business coaches. Her clients are executives and companies who engage her for coachings, trainings and workshop facilitations. Trainers work with her as a supervisor, a co-facilitator or a sparring-partner for their workshop designs.
