I create, capture and deliver value by crafting Business Models that work and designing Value Propositions that sell. By doing so, I help enterprises, brands, organisations and entrepreneurs develop and implement actionable and profitable strategic plans. In addition, I teach and train in Business Model Design and Marketing Management.
I have been a Master Class certified Business Model You® facilitator and coach since 2014. In addition, I manage the Danish version of the online course "Redesign your career with Business Model You".
I am proud to be a member of the co-creator & pre-reader teams of both Tim Clark (Business Models for Teams, 2017) and Alex Osterwalder (Value Proposition Design, 2014).
I provide remote coaching and consultations via Skype in Danish or English. I also offer a Danish version of Tim Clark's online course "Redesign your career with Business Model You" with Danish introduction, subtitles, quizzes and Skype coaching.
