I dared to dream since I was young of traveling around the world and knowing different countries, a privilege reserved only for a few in Chile in the 70s. I wanted to be a successful professional but I was aware of my reality and limitations, typical of a lower-middle class family in Santiago's Estación Central neighborhood.
I began by studying a technical career that I could afford and not the university degree I wanted. However, I maintained my genuine ambition to grow. Eventually, I studied another career and then a university one. I was even able to take advanced courses abroad and a postgraduate degree at one of Chile's most prestigious universities.
It was clear to me that this path was the only one that would allow me to achieve my dreams as a child and be prepared to face the challenges of the labor market.
I was able to prove myself that with courage, persistence, passion and the unconditional support of my beloved wife, if it could be achieved.
Today, after more than 30 years of a successful professional career, we are starting together with my wife, a new project called happy Employability.
