I have been writing and conducting BMY Certified Practitioner workshops in the US and Europe with Tim Clark since 2013. I have helped participants struggle through career issues right in the certification workshops. Primarily, I design and implement BMY inspired strategies with clients over the longer term in private coaching sessions. This includes working at a distance with clients who are anywhere in the US or Europe.
I was a contributor to Business Model You and Tim and I co-authored Business Models for Teams: See How Your Organization Really Works and How Each Person Fits In in 2017.
My training in industrial and labor relations and clinical psychology have combined to offer my individual and organizational clients an uncommon range of business savvy and practical empathy. As a leadership and career strategy coach, I find the business modeling methodology to be a fantastic platform for helping people at all levels to understand themselves and their actions in a professional, work context.
