Al's core objective as producer/agile coach is to shape high performing agile teams by coaching them on best practises in scrum.
He is driven by the agile method of project management where rapid iteration and team collaboration is embraced. As a multi-faceted designer with a strong technical background, he is able to make design decisions to help guide a product to success and use a wide range of tools to help his team achieve their shared goal.
He has worked in various digital media jobs and practised agile across the world from Canada, Germany, Austria and the Philippines. He currently works as Scrum Master for TELUS Digital in Vancouver, BC.
