A born Norwegian, I have now been Living in the beautiful city of Lübeck in northern Germany for more than twenty years.
While going through the grades in the IT and consulting business over the last 25+ years, all aspects of leadership have gained ever increasing importance in my work-life.
Consequently, the mangement and development of talents in may responsibility have increasingly become focus. The Business Model You and Business Model for Teams methodology fitted in perfectly in this development, culminating in the successful implementatino of the methodology in an onboarding-process for a whole team.
